The area entails 25 Electoral Divisions with a population base of approximately 80,000 people.

Geographic Representation
There are four geographic community representatives on the Board of Tolka Area Partnership, one for each of the four key areas within the Tolka Area Partnership operational area.
The four areas are:
Finglas
Cabra
Botanic / Glasnevin
Ashtown / Navan Road
In time, geographic representatives to the Board will be appointed through the Dublin City Development Board Community Forum.
